Project Summary

I was tasked with generating a full customer journey map for the consumer side of Tech Elevator’s funnel. This entailed research and understanding of the end-to-end experience of a user from first visit on Tech Elevator’s website, clear through graduation from the program. In order to create the document, I collaborated with various departments as well as digital applications to flesh-out the student customer journey for Tech Elevator.
