UX Case Studies

I innovated a new userflow for an Enterprise client for my organization, Tech Elevator. This reimagined flow has resulted in a +37% higher conversion rate than we’ve seen from the entirety of the business. Due to its success, we replaced our original user flow with my new solution and have seen mirrored results for our consumer funnel!

Certifications

I achieved my Master UX Certification through the Neilsen Norman Group. Through this certification I also achieved specialties in Interaction Design and UX Research. As a voracious learner, I’m eager to continue to expand my knowledge and stay at the forefront of User-Driven Design through continued education and certifications.

Outside of Work

When I’m not working, I am likely starting or ending my day at Cleveland Rowing Foundation with Case Western Reserve’s Rowing Program or, you’ll find me carrying my single off of the dock. Nothing makes me more excited than the opportunity get into a boat or to mentor young adults in a sport that has given me so much.

UX Research Project Spotlight

I was recently tasked with identifying how my organization presents Outcomes data when compared to various other competitors in the space. Here, you’ll see the documentation and summary of outcomes with actionable next-steps presented to the leadership team. Feel free to interact with the Miro Board of data below!

Side Project Spotlight: Head of the Cuyahoga Graphics

I was asked to design the t-shirts for Cleveland’s annual home regatta called Head of the Cuyahoga where athletes from all over the country compete in a 5k course on the water. After designing the general shirt artwork, I also generated graphics for all of Cleveland Rowing Foundation’s home programs to garner Organic Social outreach.

Why I love design…

I am a problem-solver. Always have been. Design allows me to solve problems every day.

What I so admire about being a designer is the unique ability to provide creative, and sometimes unconventional, solutions to everyday problems. I relish in seeing a client’s enthusiasm for the results I produce.
